Biomarkers
We are developing the use of biomarkers for monitoring the physical condition of racehorses. Biomarkers such as cortisol, IgA and testosterone can be used to asses the condition of racehorses to optimise their training routines, asses readiness to race, optimise transportation and pre race preparation, evaluate recovery from training, competition and or injury, etc.
Saliva Testing
Our unique saliva testing methods are non invasive and the results are ready in under 2 minutes! During training we build an individual profile of these markers for each racehorse and by comparing current levels with the profile we can advise on training routines, readiness to race, general health, etc.
